Michael Auflick is a seasoned business professional with over 40 years of experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business development within the energy industry. He has held numerous positions in senior and middle management of both large and small companies as well as serving on advisory boards. He is an expert in project financing, negotiations, dispute resolution, business development, restructuring and reorganization, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate economic theory and policy development. He is the co-founder of Apex Arbitration & Mediation, LLC and is currently focused on delivering effective and efficient dispute resolution services for individuals, families, businesses, and the courts.
Rose Auflick
As a multi-passionate individual, Rose has dabbled in many different creative and professional fields, including co-founding Apex Arbitration & Mediation, LLC with her father. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science and further bolstered her scientific background with continued studies in health coaching, personal training, and mental health as well as work in veterinary clinics and a laboratory. She has also worked and volunteered in event coordination roles for sales, nonprofits, dance, and more, and she possesses intricate knowledge of and compassion for a variety of cultures. If your case involves medical, scientific, artistic, or LGBTQ+ matters, she will be the best mediator/arbitrator for you.
